We at South Bank Nurseries began supplying Garden Centres, Shops, Landscapers and other outlets in 1982 with Bedding plants and Fuchsias .

We started producing Bedding Plants in the traditional strips before moving into individual packs in the late 1980''s.

 Today we produce traditional Bedding lines in six-packs, great changes in the last fifteen years have seen the rise of a huge range of Geraniums, Impatien varieties and Patio Plants, in an ever increasing range of colours, these we grow in selective pot sizes from 9cm-15cm and in the later part of the summer season      1-1.5Ltr.

The plants are grown from the best quality seeds and plugs from a range of professional plant breeding companies, the plants grown will be more disease resistant, healthy and stable throughout their growth, with long and profusive flowering.  A large selection of Perennials, Alpines and Herbs completes the range of vital garden plants.

When it is necessary to use pest and diease control on our plants we increasingly, use predators and parasites for pest control and Organic based products which help build up the plants defences against dieases and also provide a good source of nutrients.
